The Australian Diocesan Vocation Directors Conference (ACDVDC) promotes diocesan priesthood, providing resources for the formation, support, and advocacy of diocesan vocation directors as they work within the Catholic Church to foster a culture of vocations, raising up new priests for the Body of Christ.
This conference will provide vocation directors, vocation promoters and seminary rectors and those who accompany discerners and candidates a solid understanding of canonical screening of candidates for the Priesthood; promoting vocations; renewal of religious vocations and the importance of reclaiming celibacy and forming virtuous spiritual fathers in this contemporary world. There will also be an opportunity to share and exchange resources on vocations promotions.
